'Loved the location I had the Gym just a block away (very important for me). The building is very safe and the people very friendly. Some things in the apt were great and some needed a little attention but I used to live in NY and know the deal. I had a great experience as I felt like I really lived here and this was my home. Cozy but not perfect. '
